Rapp at Home volunteers provide short term individualized services to members of the community who may not have anyone else to lean on. Volunteers step up to provide assistance such as what family, neighbors, or close friends might offer, whether it be rides to doctors appointments or mowing the lawn. Our volunteers have attended training, had background and driving record checks, and sign a confidentiality agreement - but most importantly they are passionate about helping Rapp at Home members in the community.

If you would like more information or want to volunteer, please fill out the form, below,or contact our volunteer coordinator at the Rapp at Home office at 540-937-4663 or at info@rappathome.org.

We need the following types of volunteer help:

Marketing and Communications

we are always thankful to members of the community for volunteering their skills in areas such as communications, marketing, social media, etc.

Rapp at home volunteers include both members and non-members who have the time and inclination to help those in need. There is no requirement for members to volunteer but many members enjoy the opportunity to help friends and neighbors - and then feel good about asking for help when they're the ones who need it.
